That is a development target, not a claim that every page or third-party service has been certified or independently audited.

If something is difficult to access
Use the Accessibility option on our contact page. If possible, include the page address, the task you were trying to complete and the type of difficulty. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or other sensitive information.
Tell us if another format or way to communicate would help. We will review the issue and discuss a practical way to provide the information or assistance.
External services
Some booking, video or payment functions may be provided by another service. If one creates a barrier, contact us so we can discuss an alternative route.
