Information we collect
When you submit a form or contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, role, organization, relevant links and message.
Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, device/browser information, request times and error or security logs. We use this information to operate and protect the website.
Please share only what is relevant to your request. Public inquiry forms are not intended for health information, payment-card details, passwords or confidential third-party records.
Why we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange conversations, provide requested services, maintain records of communications and consent, protect the website and meet applicable obligations. Optional marketing subscriptions are not enabled on this release.
Service providers and other disclosures
In this review environment, inquiries and owner content are stored in a local Supabase database. The staging configuration uses Render for website hosting and Supabase for records and owner sign-in. No optional analytics, advertising, payment collection, AI processing or automated email sending is enabled. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary session cookies for owner sign-in and security. Public forms do not set advertising or analytics cookies. External booking services, if configured, are opened by a link and apply their own policies.
Marketing choices
Optional marketing subscriptions are not enabled on this website. Communications about your inquiry remain separate from marketing.
Retention and protection
Closed website inquiries are removed in the monthly retention review once 12 months have passed since closure. Open inquiries are reviewed monthly. An agreed engagement or applicable obligation may require a separate record. Abuse-prevention identifiers expire after 24 hours and are removed on the next accepted inquiry or retention review. Backup copies follow the configured recovery cycle. You can ask us to review, correct or remove your information through our contact page. We use safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of or delete personal information, and to object to or opt out of certain processing. Contact us using the methods above. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request before acting on it.
If we decline a request, you may ask us to review the decision by replying with “Privacy appeal” or submitting a new privacy request. Where applicable, we will explain available complaint or appeal options. Connecticut residents can find information through the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General's privacy resources.
External services
Links and booking services may take you to another provider. Its privacy practices apply to information collected directly through that service. We identify external destinations where appropriate.
Intended audience
This website and its services are intended for adults acting in professional or business contexts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change and use the date above to identify the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using information in a materially different way.
