AI Use & Human Responsibility
Human thought and purpose guide this website.
Trust Factor Lab reflects Rob Greenlee’s experience, ideas and intent to help people build trust, grow their personal brand or company, and work responsibly with AI agents representing people. AI tools have helped develop and express that work.
The human direction behind the work
Rob sets the company’s purpose, central concepts, message and editorial direction. His experience, thinking, feedback and decisions guide the website’s priorities and the way its ideas are presented.
The company’s intent is to help people understand their starting point, strengthen the trust they build with others, and turn learning into useful action. Human judgment, relationships and responsibility remain central to that intent.
Where AI has helped
AI tools have assisted with research support, organizing and drafting copy, editorial refinement, website design and coding, and creating or editing selected imagery. The website has been developed through an ongoing exchange of human direction, AI-assisted proposals, feedback and revisions.
Rob is responsible for deciding what Trust Factor Lab publishes, reviewing claims against their sources, and addressing corrections. AI assistance is part of the production process; it does not establish the truth of a claim or the effectiveness of a service.
How we identify AI-assisted visuals
The homepage artwork is an AI-generated conceptual illustration of human-led assessment, learning and trust building. It does not depict a client or a measured result.
The About Rob portrait is an AI-edited derivative of a portrait supplied by Rob. It includes a small AI icon and a readable caption identifying the edit. Image-specific captions provide context alongside this website-wide disclosure.
What this means for your information
AI assistance in building this website is separate from handling your inquiry. The website’s contact and booking forms save your request for human follow-up; they do not automatically send it to an AI model or an AI agent. This website does not run an automated assessment.
Any future AI-assisted client work needs its own explained purpose, boundaries, permissions and human review. Sending an inquiry does not authorize AI processing of a private assessment or allow an agent to act on your behalf. External scheduling and community services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Questions, limits and corrections
AI can introduce errors, omit context or make a statement sound more certain than its evidence allows. We aim to distinguish intended benefits, illustrative examples and source-supported observations, and to explain important uncertainty.
If you see an inaccurate claim, unclear disclosure or another concern, tell Rob. Human responsibility includes reviewing the concern, correcting material we control when needed and explaining the next steps. We will update this disclosure as our use of AI changes.
