The website describes our approach and available ways to inquire about services. An inquiry, application or booking request does not by itself create a client engagement or reserve a place in a limited offer.

Paid services are governed by the written scope and terms accepted for that engagement. Those terms identify deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fees and applicable cancellation, correction or remedy provisions. If a website description and your accepted service agreement differ, the accepted agreement governs that service to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Educational content and outcomes

Public articles and materials provide general information. They are not a promise of a particular commercial result or a substitute for advice appropriate to your specific circumstances.

The assessment and methodology support professional reflection and decisions. They do not certify a person's trustworthiness or provide a clinical diagnosis. Results depend on the situation, the work performed and factors outside TFL's control.

Your submissions

Provide accurate contact information and submit only material you have the right to share. Do not send passwords, malicious files, payment-card details through inquiry forms, or private information about others without permission.

Submitting an inquiry allows us to review and respond to it. It does not transfer ownership of your work to TFL or authorize public use as a testimonial or case study. Additional permissions for an engagement are handled in its agreed terms.

Site content and intellectual property

Content and brand materials belong to TFL or their respective rights holders. You may link to public pages and share brief attributed excerpts where permitted by law. Reproducing substantial material, distributing proprietary assessment content or using a logo to imply endorsement requires the appropriate permission.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the site, evade access controls, submit fraudulent requests or use the site unlawfully. If an account is provided, keep its credentials private and notify us about suspected unauthorized access.

External links and availability

The site may link to services operated by others. Their terms apply to their services. An external link does not by itself imply endorsement or control over that service.

We may update the website and its content. We work to keep information useful and current, but availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. If you encounter a material error, please tell us.
