How It Works

Start with a worthwhile outcome. Build from what is real.

Understand the situation, choose a focused change, act with human judgment and examine what happened. Your goal and agreed scope guide the work.

Five decisions that connect the work

01

Understand

Clarify who should benefit, the starting point and the evidence available. Identify what remains unknown.

02

Decide

Agree one outcome and a bounded plan: actions, owners, effort, dependencies and a review point.

03

Act

Complete the agreed work. Keep human review over claims, relationships and decisions, including any AI-assisted task.

04

Prove

Compare observations with the baseline. Separate completed deliverables from changes supported by evidence.

05

Improve

Choose whether to continue, adjust, investigate or stop. An inconclusive result can still inform a useful decision.

Your judgment remains at the center

Human Authority means experience, judgment, creativity, accountability and relationships guide the tools. An AI agent representing you needs a defined task, clear boundaries and decisions that remain yours.

A changing role does not erase your identity or your ability to contribute. We consider adaptability, learning and life beyond work when deciding whether a change is useful.

How we practice trust

You should be able to examine our claims, understand your choices and ask us to put something right. These commitments guide the website, our communications and the services we agree to deliver.

01

Claims you can examine

We distinguish intended benefits from observed results. Founder contributions need sources and shared credit; testimonials need permission. Illustrations are labeled, and a completed assessment is not proof of a business outcome.

02

Clarity before commitment

Sending a request, booking a conversation and accepting a paid engagement are separate decisions. Before paid work begins, we agree the scope, fee, included support, responsibilities and terms.

03

Your information and choices

Share only what is needed for an inquiry. The form records permission to respond, not a marketing subscription. Personal assessment reports stay out of the public website and ordinary inquiry forms.

04

Human replies and follow-through

Rob Greenlee is responsible for an initial human response to website inquiries and correction requests within two business days. If a concern needs investigation, we explain the next steps and timing, and update you if that timing changes.

05

Corrections and concerns are welcome

Tell us about an inaccurate claim, a broken experience or a concern. We review the evidence, correct material we control when needed and explain what we changed or why we reached a different conclusion.

06

Human authority over AI

This website does not run an automated assessment or send your inquiry to an AI agent. Any agreed AI assistance needs clear boundaries, appropriate permission and human responsibility for decisions.

Choose the next useful starting point

Discuss an assessment when the main constraint is unclear. Discuss a scoped engagement when you know the work that needs attention. No service is agreed until responsibilities and deliverables are clear.
