Outcomes

What changed? What supports that conclusion?

Outcome Proof separates completed work, observed change and uncertainty. A written report should help you choose the next useful decision.

Choose a measure that fits your goal

Agree the baseline, desired outcome, measurement window and source before work begins. Unknown is recorded as unknown. A completed asset is not automatically evidence of improved business results.

01

Clearer positioning

Ask a defined audience what they understand about one offer, before and after an approved change.

02

Stronger evidence

Check whether a priority claim has a usable source and whether the source answers the buyer’s question.

03

Useful AI support

Review quality, errors and total effort, including human review and rework, in one bounded workflow.

Illustrative Outcome Proof Report: clearer buyer understanding

Hypothetical example only. This is an explanation of the report format, not a client case, testimonial or measured TFL result.

Starting point
An expert’s offer is difficult to explain. A real engagement would record audience feedback and evidence gaps before making changes.
Agreed outcome
Help the intended buyer explain who the offer serves, what it produces and why its principal claim is credible.
Work performed
Illustrative scope: revise one offer description and assemble one authorized work example. No completed client work is represented here.
Observed change
No real observations are supplied. Gather comparable audience feedback within the agreed window; record mixed, negative or missing evidence.
Evidence
Keep the approved versions, the questions asked, permissioned feedback and the review date. Do not invent answers or performance numbers.
Attribution limits
A clearer description does not establish increased revenue, and other influences may affect responses. Explain sample and timing limits.
Next decision
Decide whether to retain, adjust or test the description further. The actual report may conclude achieved, partial, not achieved or inconclusive.

Public examples require permission

Client work stays private unless the relevant people approve a specific public use. Historical founder work is separate from TFL customer outcomes. Neither establishes that an assessment instrument is validated.
